ANOTHER “DOUBLE BARREL” WINTER STORM EN ROUTE TO THE NORTH COUNTRY—The National Weather Service Bureau in Burlington, Vermont told us this morning the storm dumping a foot or more of snow on the mid-west, “Storm Q” is heading east, and there is another system moving up the East Coast. Both will hit late this weekend and early next week. Snow amounts are unpredictable at this time; the coastal low is not a standard “Nor'easter”. The air mass ahead of the storm will be warmer than usual.
