    DOUBLE-WHAMMY OF WINTER WEATHER HEADED FOR ST.LAWRENCE COUNTY—National Weather Service Burlington, Vermont forecaster Brook Taber told us this morning the first of two systems that will bring a total one foot or so of snow to the region is now moving over the Ohio Valley...that will hit late tonight and bring a few inches. The second is a Nor'easter that will bring up to 8 inches more by the time it leaves Saturday morning, plus blowing and drifting snow. Hazardous travel is expected. The snow is expected to be powdery. A Winter Storm Watch is now in effect.
