COMING NOR'EASTER "CARBON COPY" OF 1969 STORM--Certified Military Storm Spotter Rick O'Hanlon told us according to his data on file, storm "Euclid" coming up the coast that caused tornadoes in the southern part of the US is just like one that dropped 18 inches of snow on Canton December 27th and 28th, 1969. At least a foot of snow is expected in the storm expected to start in the North Country beginning about 7 tonight, and last through early Friday morning. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect, meaning the storm's arrival is imminent.
