    POTSDAM CROSSWALK SAFETY ENFORCEMENT TO BE STEPPED UP—Village Administrator David Fenton told Trustees Monday the State DOT has told the Village that it must try education and enforcement first, before it takes steps to narrow trouble spots like the notoriously-difficult spot between the Roxy and the municipal parking on Main Street.
