POTSDAM TOWN SUPERVISOR DEFENDS PROJECT FOR NEW TOWN HALL—Marie Regan said last night the Town already has cash on hand to build a one-story structure at 18 Elm Street, so there will be no local taxpayer impact. The Town Council held Tuesday its first meeting in the rented former NYSUT space at 12 Elm, where it will be until the new facility is built. The Council saw the blueprints for 18 Elm last night.
