TWO MORE ARRESTS MADE IN OGDENSBURG QUARRY CASE--City Police Detectives arrested 21-year-old Donald Dobbs III Thursday on felony and misdemeanor counts alleging he worked with a relative to break into Hanson Aggregates and make off with hundreds of feet of copper wire. 59-year-old Theodore Harper was arrested on a misdemeanor count alleging he bought the copper knowing it was stolen.
