This, in response to Canton-Potsdam Hospital being told it must go through another site plan review for its Lawrence Avenue campus upgrades. Canton-Potsdam engineer Randy VanBrocklin assured the Planners the project will not proceed beyond foundation work until the Army Corps of Engineers and State DEC give the go-ahead.
