DOWNTOWN POTSDAM BAR OCCUPANCY TO BE SCRUTINIZED—Village Administrator David Fenton told Trustees Monday the Code Enforcement Office received a complaint recently about over-crowding in a downtown tavern. He says in light of deaths in an overcrowded bar in Brazil, the Village will watch tavern occupancy to make sure it complies with certificates issued by the Building Inspector.
