WARM AIR AND COLD AIR COLLIDE IN NORTH COUNTRY—Certified Military Storm Spotter Rick O'Hanlon recorded a peak wind gust yesterday of 45 miles-an-hour on Sisson Street in Potsdam as warm air that put temperatures in the 40's was pushed out by arctic air from Canada. Fort Covington Center in nearby Franklin County posted a peak gust of 58mph. The cold air mass will keep temperatures hopering around the zero mark until Thursday.
