CLEAN STATE AUDIT, NEW TRAIL IN CHILDWOLD, OTHER GOOD NEWS FOR SNOWMOBILING IN ST.LAWRENCE COUNTY--County Snomobiling Association President Deb Christy told 99 News in an interview Friday the first-ever state review of its books resulted in a clean opinion, however some minor record-keeping issues on trail grooming were pointed out.  Christy told us just before Noon Friday a new trail in Childwold, to keep snowmobilers off Route 3 was being broken as we spoke and would be open this weekend or next.  And, 200-thousand-dollars has been awarded to the county-sponsored multi-use trail project that will allow it to break ground this spring
