MOIRA COUPLE JAILED ON FELONIES AFTER MASSENA SHOPLIFTING INCIDENT—Village Police picked up 28-year-old Marcel Cox of Tupper Street and his 25-year-old girlfriend Haley Wilcox of Route 11 Sunday evening after they tried to make off with thousands of dollars in merchandise from the Massena Wal-Mart to include a TV, X-Box, and wrapping paper.
