The number one team in the country avoids the upset with a convincing win versus the Bears.
A turnover in the neutral zone resulted in a Laker two on one as Luke Moodie finished off a pass from Paul Rodrigues at 1:16 of the first period for the evenual game winner.
In the 15th minute Eli Kim-Swallow scored his first of his career driving a shot off a Bear defensman and into the goal for a 2-0 lead.
That lead would through the second period and into the third. Chirs Carr took a long pass and buried a shot ona break away to put the game out of reach in the third period.
Tyler Leimbrock, Zack Josepher, and Kim-Swallow all scored in the four goal third as Andrew hare made 30 saves in the shut out. Austin stopped 35 for Potsdam.
