HOBART 3, POTSDAM 1

The nationally ranked Statesmen prevail on the road with solid win against the Bears. 

Hobart broke through after a 1-1 tie after one period as Mac Olson turned and fired from the left circle and went five hole on Shane Talarico early in the second period for the eventual game winner.

Frank Salituro added an insurance marker at 13:01 on a redirected shot forn the point as the Statesmen help thr Bers scoreless in the seocncd and third period. 

Potsdam's Matt Tompson tied the game in the first period on an assist by Billy Pascalli.  Talarico stopped 35 in the loss for Poptsdam who travels to number one Oswego on Friday night.

Hobart Martin Ausserhoffer halted 33 for the winners.
