ENGINEERING CONTRACT SEEN AS “CRUCIAL STEP” TOWARD WEST DAM HYDRO PLANT COMPLETION—Potsdam Trustees voted Monday to spend 59-thousand-dollars for a Cicero-based company to do work related to the National Grid inter-connect agreement, and getting the three years-plus overdue generating facility operational. Administrator David Fenton told Trustees there is still no prediction as to when the plant would be running.
