The cold front that blasted through the region Monday afternoon dropped temperatures into the upper 30's by this morning and caused high winds and brief utility outages from downed trees, limbs, and lines THREE PEOPLE HURT IN BOMBAY CRASH—Massena-based State Police say 18-year-old Cody Jock of Massena, and two passengers—18-year-old Schuyler Smith and 17-year-old Nicholas Raspitha—both of Massena were treated at Massena Memorial Hospital after Jock lost control of a car on a curve near the intersection of Route 37C and Bernard Keenan Road late Monday morning. Jock was ticketed for speed not reasonable or prudent; Raspitha for no seat belt.
