99 NEWS VETERAN'S DAY SPECIAL....We attended Sunday's observances at Groulx Park in Ogdensburg. The Daughters of the American Revolution dedicated a new Revolutionary War Memorial, and Mayor Bill Nelson announced a marble bench will be installed next spring with the plaque honoring Nick Sovie, the Ogdensburg native killed in a 2006 helicopter crash.
