JUSTICE FOR ALL, RICH OR POOR; CANDIDATES SAY—Several candidates for State Supreme Court Justice in the New York 4th Judicial District attended a St. Lawrence County Conservative Committee gathering in Ogdensburg last week. Montgomery County Judge Felix Catena and incumbent Justice Joseph Sise, also from Montgomery County told us delivering justice in rural areas is a deep concern because of the sheer size of the District, that runs from just outside the Capital Region to the Canadian border. Both say that everyone is equal under the law, and a Justice's job is to ensure it.
