Potsdam Claims Double OT Win Versus Canton

The Sadnstoners hand Canton their first loss in league play with a thrilling overtime win under the lights at Potsdam High School.

With seconds remaining in the first overtime, a Potsdam pass would slip behind the Canton goalie and creep over the goal line for PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Nnaebuka Ononye with 12.9 seconds to play in the game.

Robbie Scott help set up  the charge for the second overtime goal in the 92nd minute scored by Dan Stone on a redirection.

Canton's Scott Wright made numerous key saves in making nine in a tough luck loss.  Ryan McDonald handled three shots for Potsdam.
