99 NEWS FOR 8/31/12 GOUVERNEUR MAN PERISHES IN JEFFERSON COUNTY ROAD CREW ACCIDENT—24-year-old Travis Fuller received fatal injuries when he was struck by a car about 6 Thursday morning while flagging on State Route 12 in Pamelia for the Watertown-based Jefferson Concrete. Fuller was pronounced dead at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown. Sheriff's deputies, State Police, and OSHA are all investigating the accident. The occupants of the car that struck Fuller were unhurt. FRANKLIN COUNTY ATV COLLISION BRINGS FIFTH FATALITY WITHIN COUNTY IN A WEEK—16-year-old William Derouchie III of Malone is deceased as the result of a Wednesday evening collision on State Route 30 in the Town of Malone North of the village.
