99 NEWS FOR MONDAY, 8/6/12 MASSENA MAN ACCUSED OF HOME INVASION, THEFT, FORCIBLE TOUCHING ARRESTED AT HOTEL—59-year-old Kevan Therrien allegedly entered a woman's residence while she was asleep early this morning and touched her in intimate places. She screamed, Therrien fled the residence but allegedly took a wallet and keys before leaving. Therrien was thought to have been living at a residence on Grove Street, but was kicked out; Police learned he was living at the Quality Inn. Police went to the hotel room; Therrien allegedly refused to let them in. Police got a warrant; they entered and took Therrien into custody. He was arraigned before Justice Gerald Sharlow on felony counts of Burglary and Grand Larceny, plus a misdemeanor Forcible Touching charge. Therrien was jailed on 50-thousand-dollars bail. MOIRA MAN PERISHES IN BANGOR CRASH—State Police say 21-year-old Cody O'Connor lost control of his vehicle on a curve on Franklin County Route 8 about 4am Saturday. A following vehicle driven by 21-year-old Justin Supernault of Brushton collided with O'Connor's vehicle; both vehicles were totaled. O'Connor was pronounced dead at the scene; Supernault received facial fractures and was transported from Alice Hyde Medical Center to Fletcher-Allen Health Care in Burlington, VT.
