MASSENA GUN INCIDENT SENDS MAN TO JAIL--Village Police picked up 24-year-old Steven Colburn, with no current address Monday on misdemeanor and violation counts alleging he aimed a pellet rifle at passing motorists on Maple Street. Colburn was arraigned and sent to the county lockup on 750 dollars cash bail or the same bail bond.
