CANTON SUMMER SUNSET 5K SERIES RACE #2, WILL BEGIN AT 7:30 p.m on Tuesday July 10th at Stillman Foote cross-country course at St. Lawrence University,  A one-mile fun run begins at 7:15 p.m. Registration for both begins 6:30 p.m. across Park Street from Augsbury Physical Education Center. $2 per race.


Potsdam Summer Festival, the Tour de Potsdam 5K Wellness Walk/Run, is set for the evening of Thursday, July 12.  Walkers will start out at 6 p.m. and runners at 6:30, from Beal Street, near Potsdam Laundry.  Registration is available online at gethealthyslc.org at $15 with a free t-shirt going to the first 100 registrants.  There will also be on-site registration starting at 5 p.m. Children 12 and under can participate for free when accompanied by a registered adult.  All proceeds benefit the Health Initiative’s Access to Care program.  Info: Carol, 261-4760, ext. 223, or This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it
