Several Seniors Shine in All-Star game at SUNY Potsdam

HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL SENIOR ALL STAR GAME

WILD ONES 4, GUNNAR'S GIRLS 0

Several section Seniors played there final game of there high school careers at SUNY Potsdam on Wednesday.

The Wild Ones coached by Lort Brewer struck first as Alycia Short (Norwood-Norfolk) scored from third on a ground ball to shortstop by Emily LaPage (Brushton-Moira).

The Wild Ones added two more in the fourth as Thanisha Scales (Hermon-Dekalb) gournd out to short scoring Kara Losey (Canton) from third and Jessica Harvey (norwood-Norfolk) lined a single off the third basemen's glove scoring Sandra Martin (Brushton-Moira).  

Jaylean Gotham (Gouverneur) gave up one hit and struck out three in four innings of work for the win and scored in the fifth on a Sadnra Martin single.  Emily LaPage went the last three innings not allowing a run.  

Brianna Beauliau (Colton-Pierrepont) struck out seven fo Gunnar's Girls coached by Tim Brown. Jane Judware (St. Lawrence Central) singled in the first inning.
