In rain shorten affair, the Shamrocks comeback with big innings at the right time to knock off Potsdam.
Potsdam jumped on top 4-1 after one as Potsdam was able to score on three passed balls. Salmon River responded with two in the second as Emily Tromblay scored on a passed ball and PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Errolynn Bradley singled home a run.
In the third, the Shamrocks tied the game when Zoe Thompson scored from third on a passed ball and took the lead when Bradley drove in two runs on single to left field.
Salmon River tacked on seven more runs in the fourth as Abby Kelly and Kaitlyn Lauzon each had two run singles. After Potsdam plated three runs in the bottom of the fifth the game was called due to weather conditions.
Bradley drove in four runs and singled twice for Salmon River. Lauzon added 3 RBIs. For Potsdam, Kelsey Green and Victoria Mondragon singled.
