The Blue Devils escape Canton with two road points as they edge the Golden Bears.
It only took 54 seconds for OFA to score when Trey Lawrence scored after a Canton turnover at the blueline. Canton tied the game on a four on four goal scored by Jesse Gilbert before PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Dustin Harper tallied on a rebound during a power play with 18.2 second left in the first.
Jay Proulx scored his first of two power play goals in the second slipping a shot through a screen at 2:47 of the period.
After killing off a five on three power play to begin the third, Canton was awarded a power play but off the face off OFA controlled the puck and Dustin Harper scored short handed to give the Blue Devils the lead again.
John Taylor added an insurance marker with under two minutes to play which later on proved to be the game winner when Proulx connected again on the power play with 1:11 to go.
Andrew LeBeau stopped 14 for OFA and Jake Watson 24 for the Golden Bears.
