The Icemen and the Sadsonters split two league points in a wild crossover game at Zappia Arena.
Potsdam led three seperate times including 4-2 early in the third only to see Norwood-Norfolk comeback with two straight to preserve the tie.
Jacob Woods and Hayden Hart scored go ahead goals for Potsdam in the first period. Troy Kovach and PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Gunnar Brown scored tying markers for Norwood-Norfolk as the first ended 2-2.
Potsdam struck fast to start the second with Robbie Scott and Cody Compeau scoring in the first 2:24 of the period. A goaltending change and a timeout broke the Stoner momentum for the Icemen as they quickly responded as Zeb Brown knocked home a chance to cut the potsdma lead ot 4-3.
In the third, while Brandon Richards was turning aside Potsdam shots in goal, Gunnar Brown scored the game tying goal at 7:19 of the third as both teams made numerous chances to win but earn one point inthe standings.
