NOWROOD MAN FACING NUMEROUS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ALLEGATIONS SPENT CHRISTMAS IN JAIL, WITHOUT BAIL—State Police charged 31-year-old Richard Peters on a long list of felony and misdemeanor counts to include weapon possession, coercion, criminal mischief, and many other charges related to a domestic dispute. Further details were not published. Peters was arraigned and sent to St.Lawrence County corrections until future court dates.
