A fast start helps the Bulldogs claim a non-league win over the Panthers.
Heuvelton managed a 26-7 start to the game as EVANS AND WHITE TOUGH AS NAILS PLAYER OF THE GAME Cody Holland paced the Bulldogs with 10 first quarter points and PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Dedrick Johnson managed eight.
Leading by 16 at hlatime, the Bulldogs expanded the lead to 21 after three quarters before a Panther rally commenced.
Sparked by the play of Trevor Zellweger the Panthers got the game with in 13 at 50-37 before Johnson and Holland hit back to back three pointers to seal the win. Parishvile-Hopkinton got as close as ten with under a minute to play but Heuvelton added a late bucket and ran out the clock.
Johnson and Holland finished with 15 points a piece and Connor Pierce 11 in the triumph. For the Panthers, Zellweger led all players woth 20 points and Tyler Gallagher 13 in the effort
