FARMERS IN THE NORTH COUNTRY HAD A BETTER YEAR THAN USUAL, THANKS TO GOOD WEATHER--Jon Greenwood, President of the St.Lawrence County Farm Bureau, says the region did not experience the extreme dry and wet phases this growing season like other parts of the state, making for an improvement although prices for feed and fuel were up.
