Chason plans to construct a 200-plus unit development across from the SUNY Potsdam athletic complex in the Residential-4 zoning area that would incorporate group dwellings with separate bedrooms, and another, commons-type building. The board voted last night to assume lead agency status in the State Environmental Quality Review, or "SEQR" process for the project.
