PLANS FOR PROPOSED NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX ON OUTER MAIN STREET UNVEILED—Chason Affinity Companies, the group that owns Lawrence Avenue Apartments off Route 11 North, seeks a Planned Unit Development across the street from SUNY Potsdam Maxcy Hall to construct a 300-bed maximum complex of cottages that would hold 4-6 tenants a piece. Chason plans to start building the student-oriented housing next spring in time for opening next fall. The project is subject to site plan review.
