Potsdam Police Chief Ed Tischler has a press conference scheduled for 10:00 this morning at the Police station about what sources have told 99 News is the fatality of a boy, resulting from a beating late Monday afternoon. A source close to the investigation told 99 News 12-year-old Garret Phillips is the deceased youth.
