99 NEWS FOR FRIDAY, 10/14/11 TOWN SAYS NO M-O-U'S ON VILLAGE SERVICES, HYDROPOWER REVENUE, ETC.--Supervisor Marie Regan said Tuesday in response to a request by Village Mayor Ron Tischler asking the Council to meet and work out issues if dissolution occurs, that there are too many unknowns, and that the Town will work to have a special police district created. As far as hydropower revenue is concerned, Town Attorney Frank Cappello says the undone West Dam Hydro Project has been a "fiasco ever since the Village got involved with it..." and that the Town will get saddled with a debt revenue will not make up.
