99 NEWS FOR THURSDAY, 9/29/11SD SENECA FALLS OFFICIALS TO MEET WITH PUBLIC IN POTSDAM TO DISCUSS DISSOLUTION ISSUES--Tim Connolly, Chair of the Potsdam Town-Village Dissolution Study Committee has organized an event next Tuesday night at 7 in the Community Room of the Potsdam Civic Center with officials from both the Village and Town of Seneca Falls, so they can relate their perspectives on dissolution. Seneca Falls Village voters voted to dissolve the Village form of government last year; the Village will cease to exist in January, with only a consolidated Township. Potsdam Village voters have a November general election ballot proposition to decide whether or not to do the same thing. ALSO ONLINE TODAY....
