99 SPORTS FEATURE GAME ON 1470 AM WPDM

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS SOCCER

NORWOOD-NORFOLK 2, MADRID-WADDINGTON 0

The Iron Man Flyers were able to dress the minimum and still manage a solid non-league win over the Jackets.

Surviving a flurry early on, Norwood-Norfolk held tight defensively and put away the game winner in he 31st minute as CO-PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Brandon Short settled the ball down in front of the goal and buried a shot to give the Flyers all they needed.

Brock Simons remaind steady in goal through out the game and got a little help later on when CO-PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Zeb Brown found Schuyler LaBarge down the right for the second goal with over five minutes to play.

Kyle Roy managed a strong game to earn EVANS AND WHITE TOUGH AS NIALS PLAYER OF THE GAME.
