HANDGUN SEIZED FROM CANTON THEFT SUSPECT--Police Chief Alan Mulkin told us 18-year-old Albert Bevins was found to allegedly possess a 22-caliber semi-automatic when he was arrested during the 6:00 hour this morning, after he was caught allegedly going through vehicles in the Miner-Buck-Stevens Street neighborhood. Bevins was also found to allegedly possess pockets full of change, knives, and other items taken from the autos. Bevins was held for arraignment later this morning. Mulkin told us there is no address listed for Bevins, but he is believed to be a Hermon resident.
