LISBON MAN ARRESTED ON FIVE CHARGES FROM POTSDAM TRAFFIC STOP--Potsdam Police picked up 32-year-old Donald Charleson about 1:50 this morning after he allegedly took an illegal left turn from Raymond Street onto Market Street. His alleged BAC was .15%, and he allegedly identified himself as someone else. Charleson was released on court appearance tickets.
