DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FOR ST.LAWRENCE COUNTY FAMILY COURT JUDGE EARNS CONSERVATIVE PARTY ENDORSEMENT--Cecily LaVigne Morris received the unanimous support of the St.Lawrence County Conservative Committee Thursday. Chairman Henry "Hank" Ford told 99 News the committee chose Morris because she is currently working in the system as a court attorney, and has been working in the same court since the 1980's. Morris is running against Republican Andrew Moses. Ford recused himself from the vote for ethical reasons, as he is an acquaintance of Morris's husband, former Clarkson University Head Hockey Coach Mark Morris and Ford is a leading St.Lawrence University Hockey booster.
