EARTHQUAKE WITH 3.7 MAGNITUDE SHAKES NORTH COUNTRY--SUNY Potsdam Professor Emeritus Dr. Frank Revetta told us the quake epicentered near the Ontario-Quebec border at 1:37pm yesterday was a 'micro-quake,' not enough to cause serious damage. The Western Quebec Seismic Zone is a frequent center for quakes.
