MASSENA TEENS CHARGED WITH 64 FELONY VANDALISM-RELATED COUNTS FREE ON BAIL--A check with the St.Lawrence County Correctional facility this morning revealed 25-hundred dollars cash was posted Monday for 19-year-old Cody Anderson of Mc.Kinley Avenue, and that his co-defendant, 18-year-old Brian Doman of Parker Avenue was not in jail at all. Both teens were arraigned and committed Friday afternoon on 32 counts each of Third Degree Criminal Mischief, alleging they smashed vehicle windows and did other misdeeds to property throughout the village. The incidents were reported as they were discovered early Friday morning.
