The tenth seed lives to see another day in the Class D Tournament with a comeback win in overtime.
After trading three point leads at the end of the first two quarters, the Panthers would grab the third quarter away from the Colts out scoring them 16-9. Leading by three points late the Colts scored the last three points from the foul line to tie the game. The Panthers would have the ball for a 50 second possession at the end of regulation but were unalbe to close out the game.
The Colts mounted the last run of the game outscoring the Panthers 27-12 in the fourth quarter and overtime combined. Tied at 39-39 in OT, SUBWAY SUB OF THE GAME Mike Murray scored on a lay up to give the Colts the lead for good as the Colts went 12 for 16 from the foul line in overtime.
PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Alex Bonno scored a combined 12 points in the fourth and overtime to lead his team with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Tory Boyce knocked home 16 in the win and Brent Hoyt pulled down 14 rebounds to go along with his six points.
For the Panthers, Tyler Gallahger notched 15 points. Trevor Zellweger produced a double double with 11 poins and 11 rebounds. EVANS AND WHITE TOUGH AS NAILS PLAYER OF THE GAME Blake Wilcox grabbed 12 rebounds and scored 6 points.
