The state ranked Larries held off a late Icemen charge to sweep the season series.

St. Lawrence Central scored three goals in each of the first two periods to build a 6-0 lead only to see Norwood- Norfolk tack on four in the third as time expired. Luke Arquitt scored the first two goals and Blake Baldwin tallied on a slap shot with 1:02 to go in the first to help SLC build a 3-0 lead.

N-N out-shot the Larries in the second period but yielded three more goals as PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Zack Baldwin was involved in all three second period goals with one goal and two assists. He scored the eventual game winner at 9:52 of the second.

The Icemen came roaring back with a power play goal by Drew Chapin with five minutes to go. Then SUBWAY SUB OF THE GAME Tyler Murray scored two more to make it 6-3 and with 11 seconds left Chuck Wagstaff knocked home an extra attacker goal to close the gap to 6-4 before time ran out.

SLC's Jordan Gary stopped 25 in the win while Brady Helmer and Brett Mahoney each produced a goal and assist. Brandon Richards made 19 saves for N-N as Chuck Wagstaff and Gunnar Brown added two assists.
