CONVICTED RAPIST BJORK GETS 33 YEARS--Raymond Bjork, Jr. of Ogdensburg was previously found guilty by a St.Lawrence County jury of first degree rape and other felony sex crimes for breaking into a woman's residence and raping her in February of 2009 after she passed out from drinking. Judge Jerome Richards turned down a challenge to Bjork's repeat violent felon status; he was serving time for a previous burglary conviction within the 10-year time window.
