POTSDAM TRUSTEES MOVE FORWARD ON STORMWATER SYSTEM STUDY--The Village Board Room was packed by members of the public Monday, asking Trustees to start the RFP process for the stormwater study. A September 30th rainstorm caused widespread flooding from the overflow of the cross-village storm water canal. Trustees voted unanimously in favor; they complied with a request to suspend the order of the meeting and place the resolution to the head of the agenda. ALSO FROM TRUSTEES MONDAY...the board voted to add 'conference center' and 'hotel-motel' to the list of allowed uses in the Business-Light Industrial 2 zoning area that includes the Commerce Park off Outer Elm Street
