The Stoners post 30 first half points in a rout of the Wildcats on a night they honor nine seniors.

Zac Linsky would score three times in the first half on runs of 4, 2, and 1 with 107 yards on 18 carries in the game. The second score was set up on a John Coleman interception, one of four interceptions by the Potsdam defense.

Josh Adams caught a Coleman pass late in the first half for 56 yards TD pass and capped off the second quarter tackling the Gouverneur punter at the four yard line and two plays later seeing Linsky scoring his third of the game two yards away.

Potsdam started the thrid with a seven minute drive capped off by PEPSI PLAYER OF THE GAME Jesse Bradish two yard scoring run. The Wildcats only scoring drive started off a fumble recovery as six plays later Richard Jessmer ran one in from three yards away early in the forth quarter.

In the second half EVANS AND WHITE TOUGH AS NAILS PLAYER OF THE GAME Jacob Woods intercepted a Shane Gould pass and SUBWAY SUB OF THE GAME Hans Kuno did the same and retunred it 39 yards after forcing the turnover at the goaline.

Potsdam will take on the winner of the Canton/SLC game in the semi-finals of the Class A playoffs next week while Gouverneur will travel to OFA for the Class B semi-finals
