LAWRENCE COUNTY TREASURER CANDIDATES BANK ON HISTORICAL KNOWLEDGE--GOP primary opponents Kevin Felt and David Button both say their long-term experience with fiscal issues and policy qualify them for the post. Doheny says his experience with competition, as a student-athlete in his youth and his local roots and success in business give him the better skill set.
