Pope Benedict XVI has chosen Rev.Terry LaValley to be the 14th Bishop of Ogdensburg.  Father LaValley will have a press conference later this morning at the Bishop's residence.  LaValley has served as Administrator of the Diocese since Bishop Robert Cunningham departed in May of last year to assume the Bishopric of Syracuse.
