99 NEWS HEADLINES FOR THURSDAY, JANUARY 21ST, 2010 FIVE CHARGES FOR CANTON MAN FROM VEHICLE INCIDENT--Canton Police arrested 36-year-old Eric Frank of State Street Wednesday on three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, and a count of Reckless Driving. Frank allegedly drove his vehicle with a suspended license at another on Riverside Drive about 6pm Saturday, nearly striking it. The other vehicle had three children and two adults in it; none was hurt. Frank was released on court appearanc tickets. INVESTIGATORS SAY LAWRENCE FIRE ELECTRICAL IN ORIGIN, CAUSE ACCIDENTAL--Nicholville frefighters and many other departments under mutual aid and standbys were called to the property owned by Shirley Murray at 3322 Route 11B about 6:40 last night. The listed occupant was identified as Dustin Trimm; nobody was in the building at the time. Damage was termed 'moderate to heavy.' No word on whether the structure was covered by insurance. AKWESASNE FATAL ACCIDENT SUSPECT PLEADS NOT GUILTY--27-year-old Jessica Lazore of St.Regis, Quebec appeared in Bombay Town Court this week on counts of First Degree Vehicular Manslaughter and Aggravated DWI, alleging she was driving drunk when she struck and killed 21-year-old Tyson Arquette of Hogansburg about 5am last Friday. Lazore was remanded back to Franklin County Jail on 25-thousand dollars cash bailor 50-thousand dollars bail bond.
