99 NEWS HEADLINES FOR WEDNESDAY, 1/13/10 NOTORIOUS REPEAT DRUNK DRIVER FACES NEW ALLEGATIONS--Timothy Liscum, 51 of Gouverneur was arrested Tuesday on a drunk driving charge. He served prison time for manslaughter related to a drunk driving crash that killed a 2-year-old back in the 80's, and was convicted of DWI in the early 90's. Liscum was not charged with a felony in the most recent case, because the previous conviction was not within the prescibed 10-year time frame. He was arraigned and jailed on 500 dollars bail. GOUVERNEUR HOME LOST TO FIRE--The residence of Shawn and Nichole Sawyer and family received heavy damage Tuesday afternoon, however family belongings were saved and nobody was hurt.
