CLARKSON PROFESSOR TO PEN BOOK WITH MAJOR FEDERAL GRANT--The National Science Foundation has awarded 277-thousand dollars to Humanities and Social Sciences Professor Sheila Weiss to write a biography of Dr.Otmar VonVershurer, the doctoral mentor of Josef Mengele, the Nazi scientist who did often brutal and/or fatal experiments on concentration camp prisoners during World War II.
